On Saturday, February 17th, the Beginning Forest Landowner Program will hold a winter field day near Carmi, Illinois. This field day will cover tree planting management and will be led by U of I Extension Forester Chris Evans, and retired IDNR District Forester Steve Felt.

Details: This event is is free and open to the public. However, attendees must email Casey Calvert swcrops@illinois.edu. to reserve a spot on the field tour. Attendees should plan to bring their own lunch. Lunch will not be provided.
