Hands-on field training for chainsaw safety and invasive species control. Participants will get training in the safe use of chainsaws, what safety gear to use, and an opportunity to practice these skills with experts.

Wear long pants and sturdy leather boots. If you have them, bring chainsaws and personal protective equipment (PPE), including chapps, helmets, hearing protection, and eye protection. Loaners will be on hand for those who do not have PPE.
