I am happy to announce our Fall 2017 Landowner Education Series schedule.  It has been a busy year and a late start, but we have managed to schedule three events in Southern Illinois.  Each event will consist of a primary presentation, along with a new presentations that are 15 to 20 minutes long.  Each event will be approximately an hour and a half.  New topics include "How to read and herbicide label", which educates landowners on how to interpret the herbicide label, and "Oak advanced regeneration," which allows landowners to follow an acorn from seed drop to germination, and all the way through the development process to a mature tree.  These events are free and open to the public.

Feel free to give me a call if you have any questions about the events, and I hope to see you there to learn about forestry in Southern Illinois and the many ways you can improve the value and diversity of your forest.  Also pass this attached schedule along to anyone you think may be interested.
